What a great villa. The photos do not do it justice, so clean, peaceful and relaxing. Vicki & JP were really helpful on places to visit etc. and on hand if needed but not intrusive The villa is within walking distance to shops and a variety of places to eat .We will definitely be going back and recommend Casa Molina to anyone wanting a relaxing peaceful holiday. Vicki was a great host she kept us informed from start to finish and even came to welcome us and give helpful tourist advice. The apartment was just right for the two of us and as described. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

The apartment is private and close enough to shops and restaurants. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the great view.

Sea View Villas & Apartments are located on the very popular Canary Island of Lanzarote. The portfolio of holiday accommodation has been developed over the past 14 years, from originally one villa to the current five properties. The owner Vicki originally came to the island in 1999 for a holiday and fell in love with the island she immediately felt was 'home!'

As an ex UK business owner, & UK trained nurse & midwife I knew right from the beginning that my new business venture would be in hospitality. The rest as they say, is now history! Most of my holiday guests are repeat visitors, and some have been returning for more than ten years.

This is a fact which myself & my team take much pride in. As a small personal business, we endeavour to give guests both what they require & also desire regarding their vacation needs. Our main priority is for our guests to have a great & memorable holiday on our very special island.

We always go the extra mile, and try extremely hard to give guests what we would wish for ourselves.

I speak Spanish & know our island well, and am readily available to assist guests with itinerary planning, give advice & recommendations regarding car hire, airport transfers & more.

The majority of information can be provided before arrival, so guests can be really prepared & get off to a good start to their holiday!

Guests are met after arrival, & thereafter until departure a contact person is always available 24 hours a day.

I have an excellent team of professional & attentive personnel inclucing an excellent housekeeper, pool cleaner and gardener who are all dedicated to making your holiday as perfect & carefree as possible.
